What Are The Hours Of The Childcare Center?
The center is open from 6:45 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Do You Encourage Visits From Parents?
YES, Parents are always welcome to the Center to be involved in
the child’s day. We welcome parents to help volunteer in the
classrooms, on field trips, for parties, to have lunch with their
child, or just hang out.
What Is The Teacher-Child Ratio In Each Group?
We pride ourselves in having a low ratio count for each classroom
so we can provide a better quality of care and attention to the
children.
Infants- 2 Teachers- 8 Infants
Two/Threes- 3 Teachers- 14 Children
Threes/Fours- 2 Teachers 14 Children
Four/Fives- 2 Teachers 14 Children
Do You Provide Lunch/Snacks?
YES, we provide a Breakfast, a.m. Snack, Lunch, and p.m. snacks--all
nutritionally balanced.
Are All Your Staff Certified in First Aid, CPR?
YES, All staff are CPR, First Aid, and Universal Precautions trained
annually. They also hold certification in mandatory reporting,
and take continuing education courses yearly.
Is There A Schedule Of What The Children Do During The
Day?
Each classroom has a structured routine and classroom schedule,
individualized for each age group allowing for age appropriate
skills and activities with a variety of reading, math, science,
art, sensory, songs, large & small motor, and outside play
to fill the day with lots of opportunity for learning fun.
Are The Classrooms Secure?
The doors to the Center are locked and require an entry code.
The Director’s office is in the hallway at the entrance of the
Center so she can welcome anyone coming in.
Does Your Program Offer Any Extra Curricular Activities?
The Center offers a dance class, Spanish class, and a Yoga class
during the week. These classes are an additional cost to the
family but are provided during the classroom day and are conducted
at the Center.
